Your dashboard score reflects the overall completeness of your accessibility scan.
However, if some pages fail to load or return partial data, we flag your score so you know the results may not be fully accurate. Here’s how we decide when to show a score normally, when to display a warning, and when to hide it score entirely.
>65% Failed Pages
If more than 65% of your URLs failed to scan, your score will be hidden completely and a red warning is displayed to indicate your scan couldn't be completed due to a lack of data.
Between ~10% and 65% Failed Pages
If between 10% and 65% of your domain's URLs failed to scan, a score will be displayed along with a yellow warning badge to indicate there are some scan errors that need to be addressed.
<10% Failed Pages
If fewer than 10% of your URLs failed to scan, your dashboard will display a score as normal and show whether your domain is non-compliant, partially compliant, or fully compliant.
