400 — Bad request
What's happening
When we tried to reach the URL you gave us, the server returned a 'bad request' error. Almost always, this means one of two things:
The URL has a typo somewhere
The URL is missing the https:// prefix
The fix
Open the URL in your browser exactly as you typed it. If it doesn't load, you've found the issue.
Make sure the URL starts with https:// (not just http:// or just the domain name).
Copy the URL straight from your browser's address bar — that way you're certain there are no typos.
Add the domain again with the corrected URL.
Still not working?
If the URL is definitely correct and you're still seeing a 400, something more unusual is going on (authentication required, regional blocking, or custom server configuration). Reply to the error email you got and we'll help you sort it out.
