There are two types of reports you can download from your AccessibiityChecker.org dashboard once you've scanned your domain.

PDF Summary Report
Your PDF report is a visual summary of your accessibility score, the number of issues impacting your website, and how many pages were scanned. It also summarizes the most common issues on your site.

XLS Report
Your XLS report goes into much greater detail and can be shared with any team members who may not have access to your AccessibilityChecker.org dashboard, but will be involved in the remediation process.
Many customers also use these reports in conjunction with the Scan History graph on their dashboard as a record of the specific issues they've fixed over time.
Your XLS report outlines the following details for each of the URLs on your domain where issues have been detected:
URL score
The issues identified on that URL
Guidelines the issue is related to
The disabilities impacted by the issue
Fixing instructions
Details of the specific elements that are impacted by the issue in question
